Heparanase sits at the crossroads of tissue remodelling, kidney disease and cancer. Inspired by nature's own molecules, we engineered a disaccharide-inspired inhibitor that selectively halts heparanase without disrupting healthy cellular processes — biomimicry, with a little scientific flair.
